Returns & refunds – quick guide
We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:
🛠 What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including postage).
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from delivery to let us know if you’d like to return your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item was faulty/incorrect).
- Earrings, custom/personalised orders, and sale/seconds items are non-returnable.
🌍 International orders
- Duties, taxes, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
- If you refuse delivery due to customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, your refund will be minus any return or handling charges billed to us.
A note for US customers
- We collect 10% upfront at checkout to cover expected duties.
- US Customs may still apply extra fees on arrival (outside our control).
- If fees aren’t paid and your parcel is returned, your refund will be minus any US return/handling charges.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return arrives safely. Gift card orders are refunded back to the same gift card.
